About Me

Hello, my name is Haylie Santerelli! I am a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer that specializes in rescue dogs of all ages. My passion for working with dogs of all kinds started when I was 10 years old and since then, I have loved learning about dog behavior while helping my community. I have spent many years working as an adoption specialist for a well known non-profit animal shelter as well as several other dog rescues. This includes working with adopters and counseling thousands of families and their dogs through various difficult dynamics. I have had the pleasure of working with many dogs and their wide range of behavioral needs. I have also had the opportunity to complete several certifications surrounding shelters and dog behavior. 

My passion for helping rescue dogs and their owners have led me to completing the: 

 Karen Pryor Academy Clicker Training Certification. 

These last few years have had a significant impact on everyone, especially our pets. Every dog owner wants the peace of mind of knowing that they are doing the best for their dogs. I know from a personal and professional viewpoint that our dogs are struggling in various ways and owners may need more support to help their dogs.
